Remove toxic and negative people from your life. In person and online. It's only a matter of time before thier energy creates self-doubt, fustration, sadness, anger and anxiety. Relationships are complicated enough, surrond yourself with people who support you and encourage you to be your best self.

#2 Take breaks from social media

Believe it or not but the truth is social media can seriously impact your mental health. Studies suggest comparing your life to "social media" lives can negatively affect your self-esteem. Social media is so much, so often it's like a huge over load of information and images and too much of anything isn't good. Just try it. Take a few breaks and exhale.

#3 Become a volunteer

Giving back is a great way to put things into perspective. Studies have shown that volunteerism can help you feel more socially connected and ward off loneliness and depression. Paying it forward is a great booster!

#4 Reach out to a professional and licensed therapist

Life in its self is alot to handle , no need to go at it alone. Sometimes we can get down, confused, anxious, depreesed, lonely, hmmmmm just down right overwhelmed.
